Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This privacy notice explains how Yodu.ai handles data during the early access beta.

Data we process

Yodu.ai may process account details, workspace information, company memory, chat messages, task data, uploaded files, generated files, activity logs, approval records, and integration metadata. If you connect third-party tools, Yodu.ai may process the data needed to perform the workflows you authorize.

The Yodu mobile app may also process a device identifier, device platform, app version, notification permission state, and Expo push token so that it can register the device, deliver requested notifications, and revoke delivery when the user signs out.

How data is used

We use workspace data to provide the product, operate AI employees, maintain memory, route tasks, sync files, show notifications, debug workflow issues, improve reliability, and protect the service.

Cookies

Yodu.ai uses essential cookies for login, security, localization, and preferences. Optional analytics only run when you allow them.

Third-party services

Yodu.ai may rely on infrastructure, database, email, analytics, payment, AI model, storage, and integration providers. These services are used to run the product and connect approved business tools.

Mobile push delivery may involve Expo and the notification services operated by Apple or Google. We require service providers that process Yodu.ai data to handle it under confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations consistent with this notice and applicable law.

Security

We design the system around workspace scoping, tool grants, approval modes, activity logs, and secure storage for sensitive configuration. No system is perfect, so do not upload secrets or regulated data unless your workspace agreement and controls allow it.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while your account or workspace is active, unless a shorter retention period is required by configuration, law, or a written agreement. Revoked mobile-device registrations may be retained for security, abuse prevention, and audit purposes before deletion or de-identification.

You can revoke notification permission in your device settings and unregister the current mobile device by signing out. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the contact page. Workspace administrators may need to coordinate deletion of company-controlled workspace data, and we may retain information when required by law or a binding agreement.

Changes

We may update this privacy notice as Yodu.ai changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
