These terms describe the use of Yodu.ai.

Service

Yodu.ai helps companies set up and supervise AI employees for business workflows such as research, sales, marketing, support, operations, and technical execution. The product may include workspace memory, chat, task boards, files, tool connections, approvals, notifications, and activity logs.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the activity in your account and workspace. Invite only people who should access your company context, files, connected tools, and AI employee outputs.

Connected tools

If you connect third-party tools, you confirm that you have the right to grant that access. You control which tools and credentials are provided to a workspace or AI employee. Sensitive actions such as sending, publishing, spending, or production changes should use approval rules appropriate for your business.

AI outputs

AI-generated work can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in legal, financial, hiring, medical, security, production, or other high-risk contexts.

Acceptable use

Do not use Yodu.ai to break the law, abuse third-party services, send spam, harvest data without permission, expose secrets, or attempt to bypass security controls.

Subscriptions and billing

The Founding 10 is an application-based program for selected companies, billed at $499 per month for one workspace and up to five active AI employees. Personal account and AI employee setup with Shashank is included for the first ten selected companies. Billing begins with payment for the first month before onboarding and workspace use. There is no free trial, and there is no public free plan. Applying or creating an account does not create a subscription.

Model providers, connected subscriptions, premium APIs and third-party services may charge separately. Normal chats, tasks and routine scheduled runs are not individually charged by Yodu. Reasonable hosted runtime and storage are subject to fair-use and operational safeguards. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing and billing terms unless separately changed with notice. This program does not automatically migrate or reprice an existing subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your workspace billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

No standard money-back guarantee window is currently advertised. If the checkout page explicitly offers a money-back guarantee, the exact window shown there applies to that purchase. If no guarantee is displayed at checkout, refund requests are handled case by case.

Failed payments and data retention

If a renewal payment fails, we retry the charge over roughly the following three weeks and email you about it. Your workspace keeps working during that time. Update your payment method from the workspace billing settings to resolve it.

If payment cannot be collected, or after you cancel, the subscription ends: the workspace is paused, its AI employees and schedules stop, and access is locked. Your workspace data (agents, files, memory, and history) is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends so you can restart the subscription and pick up where you left off. After 30 days, the workspace and its data may be permanently deleted.

Price changes

Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before a price change applies to an existing subscription, and any change takes effect at your next renewal after that notice.

Product availability

The product is evolving quickly. Features, integrations, limits, and employee behavior may change.

Changes

We may update these terms as Yodu.ai changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
